Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a generous 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We only accept returns for products that are faulty or damaged when you receive them. We will require photographs of the fault/damage, this will help us to assess and process your claim faster. We endeavor to deal with any return claims within seven (7) business days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, & in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@inequitee.com (please include photographs of the fault/damage). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label & instructions on how & where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can quickly evaluate the issue & make it right for you as quickly as possible.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), & personal care goods, unless they have manufacturing defects. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We're here to help.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards.

 

Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or if you have chosen the wrong size. Please use the sizing guides to ensure you get it right the first time.

If you do change your mind, there is a very small window of opportunity to make a change or cancel your order. We wait approximately 24 hours before sending orders to production, after this time has expired, your items will be in production & we will not be able to cancel the order.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
